The future needs visionary IT leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset, and after these two days, we are more optimistic than ever!

Two inspiring days with talented PhD candidates from the Software Campus and students from GSAME at the Universität Stuttgart are behind us. Together, 17 bright minds joined our workshop “Lead. Innovate. Build. – The Entrepreneurial IT Leader”, which the Industrial Data Lab was proud to support.

Together, we explored personal strengths, purpose and IKIGAI, self-leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, the journey from ideas to impact, and the role Bosch can play in enabling meaningful change.

What impressed us most? The openness, curiosity, energy, and willingness of the participants to challenge themselves and learn from one another. These qualities, combined with their exceptional talent and intelligence, are truly remarkable. We are grateful to have met these promising future leaders and look forward to the future with great optimism.
